“Knockalva” by Dr. Paul Johnson holds a special place in the celebration of the Knockalva International Alumni Association (KIAA) Inc. as the official theme song for the Association’s 5th Anniversary and Reunion, held in Houston, Texas, July 24–26, 2026.
The song captures the pride, memories, and enduring connection shared by the Knockalva family. Its message celebrates the institution that brought generations of students together while honoring the friendships, experiences, values, and lasting bonds formed at Knockalva.
As alumni and friends gathered in Houston from near and far, “Knockalva” became more than a song—it became a celebration of home, heritage, and community. It provided the soundtrack to a milestone occasion commemorating five years of KIAA’s commitment to keeping the Knockalva spirit alive and strengthening connections among alumni around the world.
